Arthur Bell is a fantastic example of a modern, fragrant Floribunda rose. It was bread in 1965 by McGredy in Northern Island and named after the famous Scotch whisky manufacturer.

The bright yellow flowers repeat quickly in medium sized clusters on sturdy and prickly stems and stand up very well to rain. The foliage is dark green and very healthy.
